Cylinder type glue mixer is used in wood pallet block making line with mixing wood sawdust/wood shavings with glue, also called cylinder type glue mixing machine. The glue is normal glue, and it is UF (Urea-formaldehyde Resin) or PF (Phenolic Formaldehyde Resin). Commonly the ratio of the raw material to glue is 85:15.

Suitable for sawdust and wood shavings, The glue is normal glue, and it is UF (Urea-formaldehyde Resin) or PF (Phenolic Formaldehyde Resin).
After the material (such as wood shavings, plastic particles) and glue enter the glue mixer, the stirring shaft drives the stirring claw to rotate at high speed. Through the friction and collision between the material and the stirring claw, and the material and the cylinder wall, the glue is evenly attached to the surface of the material. The high-speed rotating stirring blade (such as a screw or turbine) lifts the material from the bottom spiral to the top, and then scatters and falls in an umbrella shape, forming a cyclic tumbling mixing to achieve efficient dispersion.
The eccentric seat design is adopted, and the stirring blade forms a vortex in the composite motion of revolution and rotation, which enhances the mixing uniformity (such as the dual-speed stirring system driven by planetary gears). The special stirring claw structure (feeding claw, stirring claw, and discharging claw) operates in different areas to ensure that the material is evenly glued throughout the process.
