Automatic pallet stacking machine is equipped with an automatic lifting device for the pallet. The automatic display function is provided on the display interface of auto pallet nailing machine. The conventional storage can store 2 stacks of pallets and 16 pallets per stack.
Automatic nailing and stacking are connected into the whole production line. After the nailing process is completed, the finished wooden pallets are automatically flipped onto the stacking platform by flipped workpiece and stacked neatly.
So that it can achieve the effect of automatic receiving, which is convenient for forklift transportation; at same time, saving the time of the nailing machine and the stacking operation. On account of the workpieces do not need to be stacked and rotated, and directly flipped into the lifting platform. It not only reduces the labor intensity, but also reduces time and space for handling.

--Composite raw materials: Wood-plastic hybrid board made by mixing sawdust and plastic (such as PP, PE) and combining the strength of wood with the corrosion resistance of plastic.
1. Raw material preparation and pretreatment
When using wood panels or wood-plastic composite materials as raw materials, the moisture content must be ≤15% to prevent deformation during processing. Cut the raw materials into standardized sizes (such as longitudinal beams, deck boards and other components) using an electric cutting machine or a CNC cutting machine.
2. Component positioning and fixing
Use an adjustable fixture (such as a servo-driven positioning system) to accurately align the wood panels and longitudinal beams according to the preset specifications, with an error of ≤0.5mm. Fix the components with a pneumatic clamping device to ensure that there is no displacement during the nailing process.
3. Automated nailing
Multiple nail guns work together (such as 6 pneumatic nail guns) to simultaneously drive U-shaped nails or straight nails along the edge of the pallet and key stress points, with a single nail tensile strength of ≥100N. Adjust the angle and depth of the nail gun in real time to ensure that the nail head is not exposed and the penetration depth is consistent.
4. Quality inspection and reinforcement
Automatically detect the nailing density and position deviation, and unqualified products are prompted by sound and light alarms. Secondary nailing or adhesive reinforcement can be selected for load-bearing parts.
