The India sawdust drying production line project uses the drying technology independently developed by jiutian. The heat source of the customers on the production line can be close to the materials in combination with local conditions, saving certain operating costs. At present, the installation and commissioning of the equipment has been completed and will be officially put into production.
Detailed introduction to the process flow of wood sawdust dryer
I. Pretreatment stage
--Raw material screening and crushing
The wood chip raw material needs to be removed from metal impurities by a magnetic separator (iron removal efficiency ≥ 99%), and the particle size is controlled by a crusher to ≤ 30mm to improve the uniformity of dryinAfter the moisture content is tested, the super-wet wood chips (＞60%) need to be pre-dehydrated to a reasonable range of 20%-50%
--Heat source system
The biomass pellet/gas furnace is started to generate 350-400℃ high-temperature hot air. After optimization by a multi-stage heat exchanger, the heat utilization rate reaches 75%-80%
II. Core drying stage
--Feeding and breaking up
The screw feeder uniformly transports the wood chips to the drying cylinder, and the combined lifting plate realizes the boiling and fluidization of the material, and the initial moisture content is uniformly reduced to 15%-25%. The three-channel drum design (inner drum → middle drum → outer drum) extends the material residence time to 30-90 minutes, dehydration is completed layer by layer
--Hot air circulation and humidity control
High temperature section (100-150℃) quickly evaporates free water, low temperature section (80-120℃) finely removes bound water to avoid fiber carbonization. PLC system monitors moisture content in real time (accuracy ±0.5%), and adjusts the drum speed (3- 8 rpm) and hot air temperature in linkage
III. Post-processing stage
--Cooling and sorting
The dried sawdust is cooled to below 40℃ by a vibrating cooling bed, and the airflow sorter separates the qualified particles (moisture content ≤12%) and the reworked materials. The dust removal system has three-stage purification (cyclone separation + bag filter + wet electrostatic), and the dust emission concentration is ≤5mg/m³.
--Finished product processing
The dried sawdust is directly transported to the pelletizer for molding (1-10t/h) or packaged by an automatic baler (30-50 bags/hour)
