The dual-mode wood pallet machine is an upgraded device based on the single-mode machine (1000-2000 tons pressure range). It integrates two independent mold systems to achieve alternating operation and improve production continuity. Its core goal is to shorten the molding cycle and is suitable for large-scale, standardized pallet production.
The two sets of molds are arranged in parallel, which can simultaneously press pallets of the same specifications (such as double nine-foot pallets) or process different sizes and models in time (hydraulic parameters need to be adjusted). The fuselage preferably adopts a frame structure to withstand bidirectional loads and avoid the decrease in accuracy caused by eccentric loading.
The dual-mode wood pallet machine adopts an automated adaptation mode, and the dual-station feeding is equipped with an independent feeding bin and a robotic arm to accurately distribute raw materials to two sets of molds. The hydraulic ejector is linked with the conveyor belt, which can demould synchronously and realize the rapid transfer and stacking of formed pallets.
Double mould wood pallet machine is a new type of the presswood pallet machine with two moulds in one machine. The capacity of the double mould wood pallet machine is much higher than the single one, and it is more economical for large capacities. Double mould wood pallet machine meets the requirement of environmental protection, and can help recycle waste wood to get profits.
High precision: The Presswood pallet machine adopts a three-beam four-column structure. The four-column guide device assures the precision of closing moulds and the stability of pressing during the working of the presswood pallet machine.
High durability: The raw materials of the pressing machine are all durable materials, to minimize the maintenance of the machine. The upper mold is integrated with the “Sliding beam”, which doubles the strength, stability, and precision.
High capacity: The capacity of the double mould press wood pallet machine is much higher than the single one, and it is more economical for large capacities. And the capacity can be up to 240 pallets per 24 hours.
Better mold design: The final pallet is one-piece design with round edges without burrs. They can stack easily and space space-saving 60% than the traditional pallet.
- Waste wood, scrap of wood, sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, raw wood, burned forest, logs, wood board, branches, timber, wood flakes, waste pallets, and so on.
- Containing rich fiber can also be used to produce the pallets, such as straw, waste kraft paper, bamboo, palm trees, coconut, softwood, wheat straw, bagasse, miscanthus, and so on.
The dual-mode wood pallet machine realizes alternating hot pressing molding through two independent mold systems.
1. Filling stage
Pretreated wood chips/straw raw materials (water content ≤ 10%) are respectively filled into two sets of mold cavities through a double-station feeding system; the robotic arm accurately distributes the raw materials to ensure uniform fiber distribution in the mold.
2. Alternating pressing stage
Mold A: The hydraulic system drives the upper mold to press down (pressure 1000-1800 tons), and the heat transfer oil is heated to 150-220℃ to melt and combine the fiber and the adhesive;
Mold B: During the pressure holding and curing period of mold A (90-120 seconds), the filling and pre-pressing actions are completed, shortening the overall cycle to 60-90 seconds/piece.
3. Synchronous demoulding stage
After the pressure holding is completed, the hydraulic ejector device ejects the pallets in the two sets of molds and automatically transfers them to the stacking area through the conveyor belt.
