As a key equipment in the pallet production line, the automatic paving machine is mainly used for uniform material distribution and surface flattening pretreatment. Its technical features and functional structure are as follows:
I. Core Function Positioning
Material Pretreatment: Through the cooperation of the conveyor belt and the flattening component, raw materials such as plastic particles and wood chips are conveyed and spread to eliminate accumulation or gaps and ensure the density consistency of subsequent molding/injection molding processes.
Dynamic Adaptive Adjustment: Equipped with a screw slider mechanism and a distance sensor, it can automatically adjust the shaft height and rake tooth spacing according to the material thickness to meet the processing requirements of different materials such as HDPE and PP.
Anti-blocking Optimization: Integrated stirring component to perform secondary loosening of materials during the feeding process to avoid transportation interruptions caused by adhesion, significantly improving the continuity of the production line.
II. Typical technical structure
Conveyor belt system: Uses multi-stage roller drive to achieve constant speed material conveying. Some models support bidirectional movement to adapt to complex production line layout
Leveling component: Contains a rake tooth array evenly distributed in the circumferential/axial direction, which decomposes lumps and guides the material to be evenly distributed through rotational movement
Adjustment device: Electric push rod drives the adjustment of the spacing of the rolling roller group, combined with PLC control to achieve ±0.1mm thickness accuracy
Collaborative control system: Integrates material detection, speed matching and fault alarm modules, and works in conjunction with pallet forming machines and stacking robots
Plastic pallet production line: Used to flatten raw materials before injection molding, ensure uniform filling of materials in the mold cavity, and reduce bubbles or warping defects in finished products.
Wooden pallet production line: Level the wood chip mixture before the compression molding process, or perform surface chamfering on the finished product to optimize forklift compatibility.
Compared with traditional manual paving, the automatic paving machine has achieved breakthroughs in the following dimensions:
1. Efficiency improvement: The processing speed of a single machine can reach 50 meters/minute, which is 3-5 times higher than that of manual operation
