The compressed plastic pallet moulding machine is the very good equipment for plastic recycling. Raw materials suitable for this machine can be waste plastic, PP, PE, PVC and so on. The plastic pallet can be used for packing and also for stock storage as bearers, and plastic pallet is environmental friendly.
1. Hydraulic Forming Main Machine
It adopts a three-beam four-column or frame structure, equipped with a single-cylinder or multi-cylinder hydraulic system, providing 1000-2000 tons of high pressure to ensure molding accuracy and stability.
Servo motor drive, low noise and low energy consumption, meeting the requirements of closed-loop control.
2. Molding System
Customized molds support one-time molding of pallets of different specifications (such as 1200mm×1000mm), and cooling channels are set in the mold to accelerate shaping.
Rapid mold change device adapts to multi-category production needs.
3. Heating and Cooling System
The heating module melts the plastic at a high temperature of 150-180℃ and completes the molding with hydraulic pressure.
Water cooling or air cooling system achieves rapid cooling and shortens the production cycle.
4. Automation Control
Siemens PLC and Schneider Electric components are integrated to accurately control temperature, pressure and molding time parameters.
1. General thermoplastics
Polypropylene (PP): Good molding fluidity, suitable for mass production of standardized pallets, finished products are acid and alkali resistant and lightweight.
Polyethylene (PE): Including high-density polyethylene (HDPE), strong impact resistance, suitable for pallet production in load-bearing scenarios.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): High hardness and wear resistance, mostly used for complex structure molding such as grid pallets and nine-legged pallets.
2. Recycled plastics and waste materials
Recycled plastic particles/films: Directly use waste PP, PE, PVC and other plastics, crushed and molded, reducing raw material costs.
Mixed plastic waste: Contains plastic fragments, films, etc., and is recycled through hot pressing.
3. Composite materials
Wood-plastic composite materials: Plant fibers such as sawdust and straw are mixed with plastics (such as PP and PE) to form, combining the strength of wood materials and the corrosion resistance of plastics.
Bamboo-plastic materials: Bamboo fibers are combined with thermoplastics for environmentally friendly pallet production, meeting low-carbon needs.

Raw material pretreatment: waste plastics dried and mixed with adhesives to ensure uniform materials. Hot pressing: molten plastic is molded in the mold under high pressure (about 1 minute/piece) to directly solidify the structure. Demolding and post-processing: the finished product is removed from the mold by the ejection mechanism, and inspected and packaged after trimming.
