After being screened by the drum screen, the small wood particles can be used as fuel for the burner. The burner is connected to the triple pass wood shavings dryer by an air duct tube, and wet wood shavings come into the wood shavings dryer through the feed inlet hole.

Wood shavings dryer consists of a heating furnace, feeding port, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharging port. Wood shavings are fully dried in the rotary drum and are separated again before entering the conveying pipe for further drying. The baffler can keep the impurities out of the conveying pipe and ensure the high quality of dried shavings. With the combined work of a rotary drum and injection pipe, wet materials are fluidized and fully contacted with the hot flow.
