Straw pallet production equipment is a special equipment that uses crop straw as the core raw material and manufactures logistics pallets through molding and hot pressing technology. It is mainly based on straw and is compatible with mixed materials such as sawdust, waste plastics, and rice husks to achieve resource utilization of agricultural waste. Using the hot pressing molding process, the fiber material is bonded and shaped through high temperature (160-200℃) and high pressure (800-2000 tons of pressure) to form a fumigation-free and corrosion-resistant pallet structure.
The finished product has low moisture content and stable size, and has environmental advantages such as fumigation-free and biodegradable; it is suitable for special environments such as cold chain and chemical industry, and meets international logistics standards.
Raw material processing
After crushing and drying, the straw is mixed with sawdust, waste plastics, etc. to form a fiber composite material; Some production lines support the addition of adhesives to enhance the fiber bonding performance (optional).
Molding and curing
Fill the mixed raw materials into the mold, pressurize and shape them at 160-200℃ through a hot press to form a pallet structure (such as a nine-legged support design); After molding, cool and demold, the surface is smooth and does not require fumigation, and can be directly used for logistics transportation.
Automated production line configuration
Optional automatic feeding and stacking devices can be used to achieve continuous production from raw materials to finished products; The PLC control system supports parameter presets and fault alarms to reduce manual intervention.
