Raw material processing
After crushing and drying, the straw is mixed with sawdust, waste plastics, etc. to form a fiber composite material; Some production lines support the addition of adhesives to enhance the fiber bonding performance (optional).
Molding and curing
Fill the mixed raw materials into the mold, pressurize and shape them at 160-200℃ through a hot press to form a pallet structure (such as a nine-legged support design); After molding, cool and demold, the surface is smooth and does not require fumigation, and can be directly used for logistics transportation.
Automated production line configuration
