The plastic pallet machine for our Guangdong customer has put into production.
The customer is particularly interested in Jiutian's production of compressed plastic pallets made from waste plastics. Plastic pallets are commonly used in customers' factories for storing, transporting, and stacking waste plastics. Additionally, while exploring plastic pallet options, the customer discovered the scarcity of supply and the substantial market demand, which led him to view Jiutian's waste plastic molded pallet machine as a promising investment opportunity.
Jiutian's compressed plastic pallet machine is an innovative environmental protection equipment developed independently by the company to align with environmental sustainability and future development trends.
The working process of the hydraulic press equipment for plastic pallets mainly includes four stages: raw material processing, plasticizing extrusion, molding, and post-processing. The core processes are as follows:
1. Raw material pretreatment
--Crushing and mixing
After the recycled plastic is crushed by the crusher, it is added to the high-speed mixer in proportion with other formula raw materials (such as wood powder, coupling agent, colorant, etc.), and mixed at 70℃ for 20 minutes until uniform.
--Drying and pre-pressing
The mixed material is removed from the water by the hot air drying system (water content ≤ 3%), and then enters the pre-pressing device to be initially formed into loose blanks, shortening the subsequent molding cycle.
2. Plasticizing and quantitative feeding
--Melt extrusion
The pre-pressed material is heated and plasticized in sections by a single-screw extruder, and the temperature of each zone is controlled at 150-200℃ to form a molten material.
--Material storage and quantitative
The molten material is temporarily stored in an insulated storage bin (190℃, 2.0-2.5MPa pressure) and accurately transported to the mold cavity through a quantitative system.
3. Compression Molding
--Closing and Pressurizing
After the hydraulic press is started, the movable crossbeam drives the mold to quickly move downward and close, applying pre-pressure to expel the air.
--Segmented Pressurization
Pre-pressurization stage : The fast cylinder fills the mold cavity with low pressure (about 22MPa);
Holding pressure stage : The main cylinder is pressurized to the rated pressure (such as 800-2000 tons), and the holding time is 6-10 minutes to fully solidify the material.
--Exhaust and Cooling
After holding pressure, the residual gas is discharged briefly, and then the mold water circulation is cooled to below 50℃ to finalize.
4. Post-processing and finished products
--Demolding and Removal
The ejector cylinder pushes the tray away from the mold, and the product is removed by a robot or manually.
--Finishing and Inspection
The edge of the tray is trimmed, and after repairing surface defects, the load-bearing, size and other indicators are tested.
