PROJECT PROFILE

The Straw Grass crushing and granulating production line project signed by jiutian and Inner Mongolia customer has finished installation and commissioning, at present, the project has been officially put into production.

Biomass crusher is applicable to a wide range of materials, covering a variety of biomass raw materials in agriculture, forestry, and industry. The specific classification is as follows:

I. Wood materials‌

Forestry waste‌: Branches, trunks, roots, stumps, birch, pine, ebony, etc. 

Wood processing residues: board skin, log core, lath, waste veneer, etc.

Industrial wood waste‌: Waste furniture, building templates, wooden pallets, Container wood boards, door and window frames, etc. 

II. Agricultural waste

Straw: Corn straw, rice straw, cottonwood, sweet potato vines, bean pods, reed straw, etc. 

Other crop residues: Peanut straw, hemp stalks, bamboo, sugarcane bagasse, etc. 

III. Industrial/domestic waste

House demolition waste: including nail wood, template waste, Packaging board, particle board, Carb artificial board, etc.

IV. Other biomass raw materials

Green waste: leaves, grass clippings, etc.

Feed raw materials: green fodder, sawdust, etc. are crushed for animal feed or pelleting

Energy fuel raw materials: crushed for biomass power plants, charcoal/pellet fuel preparation

PROJECT PROCESS

Detailed introduction to the working process of biomass crusher:

I. Pretreatment stage

--Raw material preparation Preparation

Remove metal impurities (nails, stones, etc.) and pollutants to prevent equipment wear. Dry raw materials with moisture content > 15% (such as rice husks need to be reduced to ≤ 10%). Pre-cut large-sized materials (such as stumps, straw bales) to ≤ 300mm 

II. Crushing process

‌--Primary crushing

The long-fiber materials are cut by the low-speed rotation (15- 30 rpm) of the double-axis shearing tool to achieve the tearing and decomposition of wood/straw. High-speed hammers (2000- 3000 rpm) impact brittle materials and use centrifugal force to complete the initial crushing.

‌--Particle size optimization

The crushed materials are graded by the vibrating screen, and the qualified particles (1-8mm) enter the finished product area. The unqualified materials are returned to the crushing chamber through the return system for cyclic crushing.

‌--Dust control

Integrated cyclone separator and bag dust removal system, dust emission concentration ≤ 20mg/m³. The finished products are transported to the storage bin by negative pressure wind.
