With the vigorous development of Vietnam's manufacturing and logistics industries, the demand for wooden pallets continues to rise. Traditional wooden pallet production methods are inefficient and of varying quality, making it difficult to meet the rapidly growing market demand and increasingly stringent quality standards. Against this background, the customer decided to introduce our company's advanced wooden pallet hydraulic production line to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and enhance competitiveness in the market.
Our company's wooden pallet extrusion equipment has a strong pressure output, and the pressing force of up to 1250 tons can ensure that the wood chips and the binder are fully integrated, making the pallet more solid and stable. At the same time, the equipment has an advanced PLC control system that can realize automated production. The operator only needs to set the process parameters, and the equipment can automatically complete a series of pressing processes such as pressurization, pressure limiting, pressing down, pressure holding, timing, pressure relief, and demolding, which greatly reduces labor intensity and significantly improves production efficiency.
The project makes full use of waste such as sawdust and straw as raw materials, realizes the recycling of resources, reduces the felling of wood, and protects forest resources. At the same time, in the production process, by adopting advanced environmental protection equipment and technology, such as efficient dust removal equipment and low-emission drying equipment, the emission of pollutants such as dust and exhaust gas is effectively reduced, which meets environmental protection requirements and has made positive contributions to the ecological environment protection in Vietnam.
